Immediately after the inquiry you will get a concrete offer from us. Please describe in your inquiry as precisely as possible your ideas, articles, and do not forget the quantity. However, please see the minimum quantities of various articles. Please attach existing graphics in the highest possible resolution. The easiest way is using use ouer email.

With our offer you get the price, time of delivery and sometimes alternatives. Our offers are valid for 20 days.

 After placing the order you will ever receive and artwork for proofing, the image of the embroidery program or a sample photo.If you need we can also send foto ready good's.

 Immediately after your approval you will receive our bill. The production starts immediately after receipt 30% of payment. Please understand us that we can’t deliver on cash on delivery .

Shipping is made by GLS or DPD.

 For printed items artworks are necessary in a resolution of 300 DPI or more, or all king of file , cdr , ai , pdf , psd . If you can’t send us these files we will do it for you. Then you have pay only the net cost price. The templates you we will send you too. However, we offer this service only together with an order.

 We  send  samples of items if you pay ship cost and you order is bigger that 100 pieces of each  stuff .But oorder  with sample take always more time .
